NOTE – PLEASE REGISTER BY NOON OF THE DAY BEFORE, OTHERWISE IT MAY BE TOO LATE FOR ME TO SEE IT AND INCLUDE YOU ON THE FINAL DETAILS.

AUGUST: Seven Sisters

An annual favourite across some of the best coastal walking in the country, and once again timed to perfection for the Eastbourne Airshow so with luck we’ll see the Red Arrows over the white cliffs again :-)

We’ll be heading off from Seaford to Eastbourne, timings as below:

Depart Victoria 09.16
Depart Clapham Junction 09.23
Arrive  Seaford 10.47 and depart on the hike shortly after.

It’s a 14 mile fairly arduous hike over the wonderful and undulating Seven Sisters.

MUST BRING PACKED LUNCH. There is a National Trust café 8 miles in but stopping or availabiity of food here can’t be guaranteed so please don’t risk it! it’ll be a bonus on the day if feasible :-)

We’ll definitely stop at a pub at Beachy Head and take in the spectacular Eastbourne Airshow.

And then likely we’ll be in Eastbourne by late afternoon / early evening.

Trains back from Lewes are direct and take just over an hour.
